Up and coming iphone covers

I have recently been in the rain forests.

I have seen some amazing sites, the most delicate plants, the largest giants of the rain forest.

These were all in the Lamington National Park, Queensland, Australia.

Lamington is a national park in Queensland, lying on the Lamington Plateau of the McPherson Ranges on the Queensland/New South Wales border. it has an area of approximately 206 square kilometers.

It's an interesting place as it's on the norther rim of a huge volcano that stretches down from the Border Ranges, south to well past Tweed in NSW and out to the west Beudesert and Kyogle.

In the volcano's approximates centre, lies Mount Barney, the volcano's height was said to be approximately 2000m.

Today they are well worn by time and erosion to less than half that.

The national park is the home of Regent Bower Bird and is the northern most point where where Antarctic Beech Trees grow.

Having said all that, I have decided to post some of my photos here.

These photos could become iPhone covers, in due time they will appear on my iPhone Shop site.

I hope you have as much enjoyment out of see these photos as I did capturing them.

Enjoy!!!

How times have changed . . .

How times have changed!

The mobile phone, smart phone, iPhone and lots of other phones have change the world forever.

How long have mobile phones been around?

Well, I understand that they were invented around 1947.

But mobile phones didn't become popular until the 1990's.

Today we apps for this and for that, some very clever apps indeed, apps to measure noise, simple touches, remotes for cameras, word processing apps, Wow, when will it stop?

Probably never, or until something else so revolutionary comes along.

A lot of people are really hooked to their mobile phones, it's like a life line.

I heard on the radio the other day (old technology) that young people today, would rather have a mobile phone than a car . . . wow, all I wanted was a car or motorbike in my day . . . just so I could get around.

Mobile phones today are miniature computers, who would have thought that on a phone you could make calls, mmmm interesting . . . . , use a GPS to get somewhere, take photos, surf the net, use a calculator, order pizza from a take away and have them delivered, listen to music, record sounds . . . and the list goes on!

So today I decided to join the revolution and make iPhone cases with my own photography on them, see you can even customize them . . . sounds like we are in for a lot of fun for a while yet!
